WARF provides a WhatsApp Gateway solution that allows users to send and receive messages through their own WhatsApp accounts. We are not affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp Inc.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must comply with all applicable laws and WhatsApp's own Terms of Service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Sending unsolicited messages (SPAM).
• Transmitting viruses or malware.
• Harassing or threatening individuals.
• Violating the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

6. Limitation of Liability

WARF is provided "as is" and "as available". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
